People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of managers and crew members, cultivating a supportive, high‑performance culture. Develop future leaders by coaching and growing team members at all levels. Set clear goals and expectations while providing coaching, feedback, and recognition. Foster an inclusive, family‑oriented work environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
Customer‑Centric Excellence
Create a guest‑first culture, ensuring fast, friendly, and memorable service. Empower the team to go above and beyond in delivering exceptional hospitality. Be a champion of guest feedback, resolving concerns with urgency and care. Maintain high standards in food safety, quality, and cleanliness at all times.
Operational & Financial Performance
Own restaurant success by managing profitability, cost controls, and business strategy. Develop and manage budgets, labor schedules, and inventory to optimize efficiency. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards. Lead the restaurant through continuous improvement and innovation to stay ahead of industry trends.
Community & Brand Leadership
Support local schools, organizations, and charities, making an impact beyond the restaurant doors. Be a McDonald’s brand ambassador, representing Carr Family values in everything you do. Foster a welcoming environment where both employees and guests feel at home.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role. A hands‑on leader who leads by example and puts people first. Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, goal‑setting, and strategic planning. A passion for coaching and developing teams, with a track record of building leaders. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering results.
