Job Description The General Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, leading day-to-day operations of the collision center in compliance with company policies and procedures. They plan and manage the daily operations to meet KPI and insurance metrics, coach and empower the team, maintain professional standards, and lead by example.

Key Job Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of WOW Operating Way plan.

Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget.

Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.

Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.

Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.

Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.

Monitor maintenance required for all shop equipment including the paint booth.

Provide training for all staff as necessary.

Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.

Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures.

Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to confirm through‑put and delivery dates.

Manage estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards; manage store capacity.

Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.

Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings; attend monthly managers meetings.

Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team.

Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours.

Education And/or Experience Required

Post‑Secondary Education or equivalent.

Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Required Skills/Abilities

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Consistently demonstrate a successful client experience.

Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.

Compensation Salary: $72,200 – $104,000 per year. Additional bonus opportunities may be available based on individual and business initiatives.
