Head of Finance & Accounting
to serve as the financial backbone of the organization. This is a high‑visibility role working closely with the CEO to support strategic decision‑making, manage risk, and build scalable financial infrastructure. The role oversees the full accounting and finance function—from day‑to‑day operations through investor and board reporting—while partnering cross‑functionally across sales, product, marketing, and operations. Key Responsibilities
End-to-end accounting and finance operations (QuickBooks)
Monthly close, financial statements, and management reporting
Financial modeling, forecasting, and performance dashboards
Investor and board‑level reporting and insights
GAAP compliance, controls, and financial rigor
Cash flow management, budgeting, and scenario planning
Strategic partnership with executive leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA and/or MBA preferred
7–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
Full‑scope accounting and finance experience within a SaaS or technology environment
Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, build‑as‑you‑go setting
Startup or entrepreneurial experience strongly preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with internal leaders and external stakeholders
