As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping a more connected and digitalized future by providing technical leadership, driving architectural governance, and collaborating closely with Enterprise Architecture and cross-domain solution architects. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and enterprise guidelines
Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to contribute to and uphold enterprise roadmaps, standards, and frameworks
Define, implement, and manage architectural governance processes and standards
Oversee and manage the Architectural Review Board (ARB) process, ensuring solutions are reviewed, approved, and compliant
Review architectural proposals from other domains (Retail, Digital, Data, etc.) to ensure consistency with enterprise architecture principles
Manage and optimize architectural demand management using ServiceNow for request intake, approvals, and portfolio tracking
Establish and enforce architectural standards, design patterns, and development frameworks, including documentation and communication
Conduct architecture and design reviews to ensure solution quality, compliance, and alignment with approved designs
Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and technical debt
Communicate architectural decisions, strategies, and governance policies to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership
Act as a trusted advisor bridging business needs with technical solutions
Required Skills:
Strong experience in solution architecture within digital, retail, e-commerce (B2C), and B2B environments
5-8 years' experience
Expertise in data architecture including data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT, relational and NoSQL databases, and data streaming
Deep understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures)
Experience with major cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Hands-on experience with architectural governance and enterprise standards
Practical experience using ServiceNow for IT demand management, service catalog, or ITSM/ITBM processes
Experience with Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integration patterns
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
Knowledge of application and data security, including regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
