Key Responsibilities
Oversee all community functions, including life enrichment programs, dining services, building maintenance, marketing, and healthcare services
Ensure a safe, high-quality living environment for residents and a positive workplace for staff
Lead, develop, and mentor department leaders and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
Drive census growth and community engagement through marketing and relationship building
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Serve as a visible, approachable leader for residents, families, and employees
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in assisted living, senior living, or healthcare administration
Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions
Passion for serving seniors and leading a mission-driven team
