Compensation Program Manager - (250002SP)

Under guidance from Manager, Compensation & Director, Total Rewards, leads the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs across the organization. Serves as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert to partner with HR, Business Leaders and other stakeholders to ensure programs are competitive, equitable, legally compliant, and aligned with overall Total Rewards philosophy.

Qualifications Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. (Required)

Master's Degree Related field (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience

8 years of related experience (HR, Data, Finance), including 5+ years of direct Compensation experience and 1+ years of demonstrated Lead/project/program experience (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge

Advanced excel and analytical skills. Experience with compensation platforms and data visualization tools preferred.

Strong project management and change management skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and consulting skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Required Licenses and Certifications

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (Preferred)

Functional Accountabilities Consulting & Analysis

Partner with HR and business leaders to drive pay equity, competitive compensation, and talent strategies.

Conduct market analyses benchmarking, and competitive pay studies to maintain market-aligned compensation structures. May have accountability for client groups.

Initial escalation point for complex Compensation requests from team, further review on analyses/assessments and subject matter expertise/insight.

Programs/Projects

Under guidance from the Manager, Compensation & Director, Total Rewards, lead the design, development, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and processes. Project manage annual compensation processes and ensure effective and timely execution.

Leads annual compensation survey process which can include, overall project plan development/oversight, delegation of surveys to team, budget/invoicing, timely/accurate submissions, and migrations. This also includes ongoing assessment of surveys for organization.

Support the development and maintenance of career architecture, frameworks and salary structures.

Lead and/or support special compensation projects/programs, process improvement, cross functional HR efforts and change initiatives as needed.

Compliance, Resource Administration & Training

Monitor market trends, best practices, and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and program enhancement recommendations.

Serves as Team Lead for Compensation tools, systems and vendor support.

Partner with Manager Compensation to design and deliver compensation-related training, tools, and communications to HR and business audiences.
