Position Summary A well-established and fast-growing e-commerce company is seeking a
Human Resources Manager
to formalize, strengthen, and scale the hiring function while supporting key HR operations. This role will partner closely with leadership to build structured recruitment systems, improve internal processes, and ensure compliant, people-focused HR practices as the company expands.
Principal Responsibilities
Develop and manage a structured, end-to-end hiring process
Partner with leadership on staffing needs and workforce planning
Create job descriptions, interview guides, and standardized recruitment practices
Manage candidate pipelines, interviews, evaluations, and offers
Support HR operations including onboarding, compliance, recordkeeping, and employee relations
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and scalable internal processes
Maintain organized HR documentation and ensure adherence to employment regulations
Provide guidance on employee issues and help foster a positive workplace culture
Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and team members
Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
Skills & Education Required
Minimum 2+ years of Human Resources experience
Hands-on experience with hiring and recruitment
Strong understanding of HR fundamentals and employment compliance
Prior experience in e-commerce or high-growth environments (preferred)
Special Requirements
Must be able to work fully on-site in Brooklyn, NY
