## Job Description# IT Project Manager, IT FinanceAs an **IT Finance Project Manager**, you will lead complex technical projects within the **Core Systems Finance** area, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across enterprise systems. Reporting to the Program Manager within the PMO and partnering closely with engineers, you will play a critical role in driving project success from initiation to completion.* Lead and execute finance-related projects, focusing on implementing and optimizing systems such as **SAP, Anaplan, and Coupa**.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and business stakeholders) to define scope, develop detailed plans, and ensure timely delivery.* Apply **agile methodologies** to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.* Conduct financial analysis, process improvements, risk management, and maintain clear project documentation.* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.* Foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement through excellent interpersonal skills.* Identify opportunities for efficiency and drive continuous improvement across project lifecycles.* Communicate complex information clearly and manage change effectively during system implementations.* **3–5 years** of Project Management experience, with a focus on technical project delivery and implementations.* Knowledge of project/demand planning tools (e.g., **MS Project, Jira, Innotas, Planview**).* Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.* Solid business analytical skills and experience leading diverse teams.* Proven success working with cross-functional teams—business users, project managers, architecture, QA, release, and engineering teams.* Experience managing teams using **agile methodologies** and metric-driven approaches.* **Bachelor’s degree** or equivalent experience.
