Schedule Monday:
1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Tuesday – Friday:
2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Every 3rd Saturday:
12:00 PM – 8:30 PM Rotational day off provided
Key Responsibilities Medication Dispensing Prepare, measure, count, package, and label prescription medications accurately
Ensure proper labeling and usage instructions on all medication containers
Replenish medications in automated cells, including opening large quantities of bottles and cases
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dispensing area
Inventory Management Perform regular stock rotation to prevent medication expiration
Compliance & Documentation Adhere to all federal, state, and local pharmacy laws and regulations
Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Assist with prescription documentation and medication-related record keeping
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician License
High School Diploma or GED
Previous pharmacy experience
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
Ability to lift and carry: 20–30 lbs. short distances
15 lbs. on an extended basis
Reliable transportation
Ability to work overtime as needed
