Compensation: • The pay for this position is

$21.82 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Onsite)

Responsibilities: • Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies • Assemble, integrate, and support multiple instrument product lines, including sub-assembly integration • Follow diagrams, drawings, work instructions, and blueprints to perform wiring, component installation, soldering, cable harnessing, and fitting • Conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications and GMP requirements • Disassemble, rework, modify, reassemble, and test prototype and production assemblies • Perform basic component and module testing and analyze results for pass/fail criteria • Troubleshoot and repair routine to moderately complex instrument issues • Record and maintain accurate device history records, serial numbers, and documentation • Identify defects and recommend process or design improvements • Provide training and mentorship to associates as needed • Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing teams • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all safety and housekeeping policies • Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives • Perform standard material handling duties and stand for extended periods • Work overtime as required to meet business needs • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: • Experience in manufacturing or instrument assembly within a regulated environment • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools • Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently • Comfortable working in a repetitive production environment and standing for long periods • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a Windows-based environment • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
