Compensation: • The pay for this position is
$24.18 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Monday – Friday, Day Shift (Onsite)
Responsibilities: • Perform production assembly operations and complete system-level testing and analysis • Build, integrate, and understand the full assembly process for instruments in the production area • Execute functional and release testing on moderately complex instruments • Analyze test data and results to determine pass/fail criteria and implement solutions for failures • Perform basic electrical, mechanical, and/or software troubleshooting on test equipment • Optimize system performance including precision of movement and/or light systems based on test data • Identify defects and recommend process or design improvements • Read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and workmanship standards • Provide training and support to associates on mechanical and testing activities • Process and disposition Quality Notifications (QNs) • Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing teams as needed • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and BD safety and quality standards • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to SOPs and company policies • Perform standard material handling of raw materials and sub-assemblies • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following all housekeeping procedures • Support Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives • Work overtime as required to meet business needs • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: • Experience supporting testing of moderately complex instruments in a manufacturing environment • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve using electrical, mechanical, or system-level analysis • Strong understanding of quality procedures and regulated manufacturing environments • Proficiency reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and test instructions • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using common mechanical tools • Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting • Basic computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment • Strong math, analytical, and data interpretation skills • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a repetitive production environment
