Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to deliver quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as required.
  • Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong decision-making skills using established procedures and sound judgment.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel between multiple locations on short notice.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.
Experience:
  • 1 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Experience in a patient service center environment preferred.
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment strongly preferred.
  • Keyboarding and data entry experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
  • Travel between multiple patient service or in-office locations as assigned.
  • Manage workload effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, peers, and supervisors.
  • Adapt quickly to changing schedules, locations, and staffing needs.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability when covering assigned locations.
Should Have:
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training.
  • Phlebotomy certification.
Skills:
  • Pediatric, geriatric, and adult phlebotomy techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and prioritize tasks.
Qualification and Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in certain states).
