Office Assistant
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard business hours
Salary: DoE
Position Summary The Office Assistant will support the daily administrative operations of a busy auto repair shop. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication. Experience processing insurance claims is helpful but not required, as training can be provided.
Principal Responsibilities Assist with daily office operations, including scheduling, phone calls, and customer communication
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for repairs, estimates, and customer accounts
Process payments, invoices, and receipts
Support insurance claim submissions when needed
Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure efficient workflow
Assist with managing parts orders, work orders, and customer updates
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment

Special Requirements Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
