Responsible to drive Enterprise Telecom Consulting, Architecture Work in Consulting Advisory roles and help customer to solve their business problem, potentially in Telecom OBSS area Drive Solutioning implementation of Telecom Transformation Programs Participate in planning and high-level design of the solution and explore solution alternatives; Architectural delivery Governance; Change Release management Cadence Lead Application portfolio optimization (APO) & Implementation of Telecom business centric testing practice Explore possibilities to Modernize Telecom OSS stack, Run POC, create business case & proposal Lead Technical Solutioning across OSS Application stack for HCL's Telecom Customers & Potential prospects RFx in US Account Mining, Generate leads Capability building, reusable asset creation Mandatory Skills: Strong IT experience in Telecom domain with OSS experience in Wired, Wireless LOBs for following areas Service Catalog- TOSCA, Python, BPMN Service templates Service & Technical Order Orchestration Domain Orchestrator & Activation Service & Resource Inventory Management Network Planning & Design Inventory Management & Discovery Fault Management, Performance Management, Alarm Management Closed Loop Automation Must have hands-on architecture design consulting experience with (any 1) Ciena Blueplanet, Netcracker, Amdocs E2E OSS stack Extensive experience in tactical and strategic product roll-out including Technology recommendations, architecture, domain driven solutions, API led connectivity, Risk Management, Fault Tolerance, NFR, Resilient architectures. Should have worked in customer advisory role across OSS stack for 5+ yrs Should be well conversant with MEF, TMF & GSMA standards Experience with architecture & Integration standards- ODA, NaaS, Open API, LSO Strong experience in Business Architecting and designing IT solutions with Enterprise Integrations, Legacy modernization, Functional consolidation
