CNC Programmer Opportunity in Westville, NJ

Immediately hiring a CNC Programmer in Westville, NJ. We're seeking a CNC Programmer for a premier precision components manufacturing company in the Westville, NJ area. This is a direct hire opportunity and we're hiring immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience with 3+ years of CNC programming machining experience with a focus on setup, operations, and program editing. Shift/Pay: 5 days a week 8:30AM - 4:00PM Monday-Friday $29-$34 depending on experience

Job Description

The role of a CNC Programmer and Operator involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to manufacture steel molds for the rubber industry. The position requires writing and editing programs, as well as programming directly at the controls. Additionally, the candidate will set up 3 Fadal CNC machines, perform edits and changeovers as needed for production. Operating the machines to produce quality, finished products that meet customer specifications is essential, along with conducting visual inspections of the products.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines.
• Write and edit CNC programs.
• Set up 3 Fadal CNC machines and perform necessary edits and changeovers.
• Operate CNC machines to produce quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality.
• Run molds and manufacture products for quality control.
• Use lathe, mill, and calipers for machining.

Skills

• Proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to program at the controls.
• Experience with CNC setup, edits, and changeovers.
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $72,000.00/yr. Willing to pay for the right candidate up to $40/hr. Even consider paying a $5K signing bonus after 6 months. 401K, health benefits, and insurance, PTO/Vacation. 8AM to 4PM schedule, could probably be somewhat flexible if needed. They don't have to work OT or weekends unless they really wanted to.
