Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a customer‑centric, data‑driven Sr. Product Manager for IntraOne, a future‑focused software platform for warehouse automation. This role is responsible for driving and helping build the strategic roadmap for a multi‑application ecosystem that serves as the backbone for enterprise operations. Acting as the primary advocate for the platform, the Product Manager will align business objectives with technical capabilities, prioritize features based on market needs and customer feedback, and foster collaboration across engineering, UX, and other product teams. The position demands a balance of strategic thinking and excellence to deliver a platform that can deliver to the current customer projects and future innovations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for IntraOne Platform applications.

Drive release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

Manage product requirements and prioritize backlog based on business impact.

Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and Robotic Solutions PM for cohesive product design and delivery.

Partner with stakeholders to align platform strategy with overall software ecosystem.

Monitor KPIs and customer feedback to iterate and improve product performance.

Required Qualifications

5+ years in software product management or technical product management, preferably in platform or enterprise solutions.

Strong understanding of the warehousing and logistics industry, warehouse automation processes and warehouse software systems like WMS, WES, WCS.

Strong understanding of integration frameworks and multi‑application ecosystems.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex product lifecycles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with collecting voice‑of‑customer and product discovery process.

Experience with product development methodologies and data‑driven decision‑making.

Preferred Skills

Experience with software product development practices, architecture patterns.

A basic understanding of AI/ML integration with software applications.

Understanding of robotic systems in the warehouse automation space.

Experience with road‑mapping and product development tools like Aha!, Jira or ProductBoard.

Working Conditions

Hybrid work environment with occasional travel to customer sites or Hy‑Tek facilities.

Collaboration across office, warehouse, and manufacturing settings.

Occasional evening or weekend work during critical deployments.
