Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Executive Loan Officer located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Executive Loan Officer will guide clients through the loan process, providing tailored financial solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, recommending loan options, managing loan applications, and working closely with operations to ensure timely and accurate processing. Success in this role requires strong financial knowledge combined with exceptional customer service skills to help clients achieve homeownership or other financial goals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Loan Origination and Loan Officer functions
Proficiency in Finance and Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
Understanding of mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
A state‑specific Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
