What You’ll Do
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
Build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the construction industry
Navigate a consultative sales process with longer cycles and high-value deals
Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and solutions
Travel as needed to maintain relationships and close business
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of successful B2B or construction-related sales experience
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage longer sales cycles
Experience selling into complex organizations with multiple decision-makers
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the drive to exceed targets
