About the Role We’re seeking a driven, strategic Account Executive to lead high‑impact sales cycles with some of the industry’s most influential clients. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to executive‑level presentations and contract negotiations—while showcasing Yardi’s enterprise solutions. You’ll build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, deeply understand client needs, and deliver tailored, high‑value solutions. If you’re a confident communicator, skilled at navigating complex sales processes, and ready to make an impact at the enterprise level, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets within your assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored Yardi solutions.
Stay up to date on Yardi products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position and promote offerings.
Represent Yardi at marketing events, prepare sales performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting efforts.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation; discovery and qualification; pricing, packaging, and positioning; proposal development; contract negotiation; and closure.
Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and proactive with strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and demonstration skills.
Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid‑sized companies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; high responsiveness with client‑centered commitment and focus.
Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Ideal to Have
Yardi domain experience.
Industry experience in property management.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Benefits & Compensation Base salary $90,000 – $100,000 + commission target. 100% paid medical premium, company profit‑sharing plan, and flexible work arrangements.
