Job Description Responsibilities:
Handle plumbing, electrical, ventilation, air conditioning, and other building systems.
Evaluate problematic systems and determine needed repairs.
Hire workers and assign duties and responsibilities.
Provide training on equipment and procedures used in a building or complex.
Coordinate with building or complex management on supplies needed for the job and maintain inventory.
Participate in evaluations and accident investigations and file reports.
Requirements
Knowledge of general maintenance requirements (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.).
Knowledge of OSHA worksite, State or local governmental, and personal safety requirements.
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Professional customer service skills.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
