Where You Come In
Define product strategy and roadmap for the D-One+/Flex hardware portfolio across global OUS markets.
Lead geographic expansion planning and execution, partnering closely with EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regional teams.

Monitor product performance across markets and use data to drive enhancement prioritization.
What Makes You Successful
Experience working with international commercial teams (EMEA, LATAM, APAC) and supporting country‑specific launches.
Strong product management skills in hardware, medical devices, or other regulated physical products.
Systems thinking mindset: able to anticipate cross‑functional dependencies (app, firmware, Clarity, onboarding, HCP tools) even when not directly managing those components.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and make structured decisions.
Experience with global regulatory, labeling, and localization considerations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate commercial needs into product recommendations.
(Nice to have) Experience in diabetes technology, CGM systems, or other connected medical devices.
