Meet The Team Join Dexcom’s Product Management, Patient App & Digital Experience Team—building the digital foundation for connected diabetes care. Our core vertical defines and drives the strategy, roadmap, and execution of patient‑facing digital products, including core and next‑generation mobile apps and digital experience tools for caregivers and families.
Responsibilities
Own and evolve Dexcom’s core patient‑facing mobile app experience, balancing current platforms (G7, D1+, Flex) with our vision for the future.
Shape how patients engage with Dexcom across diverse disease states and therapy journeys.
Lead the transformation of our mobile experience into a unified, intelligent, and deeply supportive product.
Collaborate with Platform & Services, Hardware & Biosensing, Regulatory, Design, and other product teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.
Translate patient journey requirements into actionable features and flows.
Use data, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide requirements and input for platform decisions, working with the Product Platform team, IT, R&D, and technical support.
Support global readiness, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Product leader with deep experience in digital health, mobile apps, and patient/consumer engagement.
Ability to translate business and user requirements into scalable, high‑quality digital products.
Strong collaborator in cross‑functional environments, working with engineering, design, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Skilled at managing product roadmaps, lifecycle transitions, and global launches.
Uses data and user feedback to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement, discovery, and outcomes.
Comfortable navigating regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance across markets.
Built‑a‑builder mindset, focusing on execution, delivery, and measurable impact.

Experience & Education Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8–12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
Flex Workplace Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
