This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Project Architect/Manager based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Senior Project Architect/Manager will oversee all project phases, including initial planning, design development, and construction documentation. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordination with engineering teams, ensuring compliance with building codes, and overseeing project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery. Qualifications
Expertise in Architecture and familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) Strong skills in Project Management and coordination, including handling Submittals Experience or certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is preferred Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules with effective communication and organizational skills Professional degree in Architecture or related field; licensure as a registered architect is highly desirable Proficiency with architectural design software, AutoCAD, or Revit Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards Seniority level
