Director, Cyber OT

– KPMG US KPMG Advisory practice is growing rapidly, and we need a leader skilled in OT cybersecurity to guide and protect our clients' critical infrastructure. Responsibilities

Conduct OT cybersecurity assessments such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF 2.0, and provide actionable mitigation for identified issues. Identify and articulate potential OT risks, their impacts, and recommend mitigation strategies. Develop security strategies for OT environments, including industrial control systems and SCADA. Analyze OT network and system architectures, network traffic, and logs, and support the design of OT security controls. Develop policies, plans, and procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Design OT cyber solutions and support implementation of network segmentation, remote/local access controls, and advanced intrusion detection/prevention systems. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of recent experience with information security or a related technology field. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experience. Exceptional interpersonal, team building, mentoring, and leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior executives. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment, grasp new technology, and contribute quickly. Ability to travel as necessary. Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment‑based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG will not sponsor for most visa categories.
