Work Schedule
Full‑time, 100% FTE, day/evening/night shift. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with rotating nights and weekend on‑call required. Hours may vary based on operational needs. Pay & Relocation
Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants. Primary Responsibilities
Provide cardiopulmonary life support for high‑acuity surgical procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass and ECMO. Support procedures in the Cath lab, Hybrid OR, and Intensive Care Units. Assist in the design of institutional protocols and provide continuing education to staff and operating‑room personnel. Encourage and actively support the mission of the Cardiac Surgery, ECMO, and Mechanical Circulatory Assist programs. Benefits & Opportunities

Bachelor's Degree and graduate of Perfusion program – required. Master's Degree in a related field – preferred. Work Experience
3 years of post‑training clinical experience providing CPB for adult cardiac surgical procedures (CABG, valve replacements, aortic aneurysm repairs) – preferred. Experience providing CPB for cardiac transplantation, ventricular assist device implantation, and congenital pediatric procedures – preferred. Licenses & Certifications
Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) as recognized by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion – required within 12 months. State of Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Perfusionist – required within 6 months. CPR certification – required within 3 months. Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP) – preferred.
