Head of Enterprise Operational Excellence - North America

will lead transformative initiatives across North America to accelerate operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement. This role is located at Princeton, NJ and supports a hybrid work model up to 50% remote.
Responsibilities
Lead enterprise‑wide assessments and enhancements of internal processes across the North America value chain, simplifying and streamlining operations to reduce complexity and improve execution.
Architect and implement governance models that enable strategic decision‑making, operational discipline, and compliance across the organization.
Challenge legacy processes and structures to unlock speed, agility, scalability, and innovation, embedding lean, data‑driven methodologies.
Oversee complex process improvement projects, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and sustainable implementation.
Design and execute change enablement strategies, supporting enterprise training and embedding new tools and practices into daily operations.
Manage and execute high‑priority, cross‑functional projects aligned with company strategy, including cost optimization, digital enablement, data transparency, and growth acceleration.
Deliver tangible improvements in capital efficiency, margin expansion, and resource productivity.
Act as a catalyst for cultural transformation, influencing and inspiring teams across all levels to embrace new ways of working and continuous improvement.
Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Work Experience and Desired Requirements
10+ years of experience in operational excellence, strategy, or transformation roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
Proven success in leading enterprise‑wide initiatives with measurable financial and operational impact.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Experience with Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
Travel Requirements Minimum.
Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary range $185,500 – $344,500 USD per year, with total compensation that may include sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards.
