Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists, to ensure high-quality implementation and professional growth. Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and make adjustments to programming based on progress and clinical need. Collaborate closely with families, offering parent coaching, progress updates, and support to ensure consistency across settings. Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem-solving efforts to support each child’s development. What We’re Looking For

A dedicated and compassionate BCBA who brings a balance of clinicalexpertise, leadership, and empathy to their work. Strong communicators who can meaningfully connect with children, families, and team members while supporting a positive and collaborative environment. Organized and adaptable clinicians who can manage multiple priorities, maintain clear documentation, and navigate a dynamic clinical setting. A motivator and mentor who enjoys developing others, giving feedback, and supporting team success. Must hold a master’s degree in ABA and have an active BCBA certification in good standing. Must hold an active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential in the State of Illinois. What We Offer
