Responsibilities The Sr. Analyst, Business Control & Risk Management operates within the First Line of Defense and is accountable to assist the Business Control & Risk Management team on driving effective and consistent business line execution against the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Specifically, the Sr. Analyst works to identify, assess key risks throughout the assigned business line, drive business unit compliance with applicable risk frameworks/policies and standards, and act as a subject‑matter expert in completing business line risk initiatives such as risk assessments, KRI/KPI development and monitoring, and on‑time remediation of issues.
Requirements for the position
Account opening documentation knowledge.
Knowledge of CIP procedures; CDD, fiduciary structures and complex entity and corporate structures for both onshore and offshore.
Leadership aptitude, ability to motivate and engage team members at all levels and influence.
Project Management oversight skills.
Sound decision making and judgment skills.
Ability to identify potential enhancements in processes, write procedures and reports.
Ability to employ reasonable assessment of an organization’s cash flow, income statements and balance sheet.
Experienced on Adverse Media dispositioning.
Knowledge of T‑24 and other banking systems.
Knowledge of frequently used due diligence tools.
Skills and Abilities
Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask.
Proactive self‑starter, values personal accountability.
Strong decision‑making skills.
Detail oriented and accurate.
Strong accountability skills.
Excellent communication skills: writing & verbal.
Used to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or equivalent field. (Req)

Banking Industry, 3‑5 years (Pref)
What Else You Need To Know The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non‑exempt), the annual range is based on a 40‑hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
Base Pay Range Minimum: $54,375.00 USD
Maximum: $90,000.00 USD
