The Associate, Private Equity Fund Services will support the day‑to‑day accounting, reporting and client service functions for the firm’s private equity client base. This role is ideal for someone starting a career in accounting and finance and will provide continuous learning and development opportunities. Responsibilities
Record daily journal entries and review cash reporting Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for management approval Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for management approval Prepare capital calls and distributions for management approval Coordinate the delivery of capital call and distribution notices to clients and the investors Prepare and review correspondence with client investors to address inquiries as needed Manage client investor portals Coordinate and complete special projects as directed by management Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications
BBA/BS in Accounting or related field required CPA license (or in process) preferred 0‑1 year of experience with a public accounting firm, investment bank, or the financial services industry (or general interest in supporting private equity fund operations and accounting) Excellent communication, time management, planning, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to multitask Must be able to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and verbal communication with current and potential clients Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Requires ability to work both in a team environment and independently Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of Investran or other partnership accounting software a plus Benefits
