Overview We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our Private Equity Fund Services team. The role focuses on supporting the accounting and finance functions of private equity funds, including transaction stewardship, reporting, and investor communication.
Responsibilities
Record daily journal entries and manage cash reporting.
Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages and financial statements for management approval.
Generate capital call and distribution documentation for clients and investors.
Coordinate distribution notices and client investor portal management.
Address client investor inquiries and maintain correspondence.
Assist with special projects as directed by management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
BBA/BS in Accounting or related field.
CPA license or in process preferred.
0–1 year experience in public accounting, investment banking, or financial services (or strong interest in private equity operations).
Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication with clients.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in both team and independent settings.
Eagerness to learn and strong work ethic.
Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Investran or partnership accounting software a plus.
Location Frisco, TX (Remote flexibility for Pacific Time Zone hours)
