LHH is assisting our long-time Louisville CPA client in their search for a driven and polished Senior Tax Manager to add to their growing team. This role offers the perfect blend of professional growth, impactful leadership, and community involvement—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Serving as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for key clients.
Offering proactive tax consulting and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
Providing strategic advice on complex tax matters and industry trends.
Leading and mentoring a talented team of professionals to foster growth and success.
Reviewing and ensuring the quality and timeliness of all client deliverables.
Developing your expertise in a specialized industry or technical area.
Driving new business development by cultivating relationships with prospects and referral sources.
Representing the company in professional and civic organizations, contributing to our presence in the community.
Collaborating with firm leaders to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA required.
At least 8 years of public accounting experience in tax, including 3 years in a managerial role.
A strong command of tax laws and emerging regulations.
Proven leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
A demonstrated ability to identify new opportunities and deliver results.
Strong analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, highly organized, and excellent leadership skills
