Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Finance Director. Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, highly detailed and proven experience mentoring a high-performance finance team. This position is fully onsite.
The salary range for this position is $150k-180k +bonus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting and planning.
Lead financial analysis and monthly forecasting including reporting to lenders to support borrowing needs.
Oversee preparation of internal and external financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams to provide insights on cost management, working capital, and growth initiatives.
Build and strengthen FP&A capabilities, establishing scalable processes and systems to support continued company growth.
Mentor, coach, and directly supervise the Finance Manager while supporting the oversight and development of the Financial Analyst.
Partner with the Corporate Controller and CFO on strategic projects, M&A evaluations, and executive-level reporting.
Ad hoc projects as needed.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
8+ years of related experience.
Background in manufacturing or industrial business is strongly preferred.
CPA or MBA preferred.
Experience managing a high performing finance team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
