Finance Director (41579) Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Finance Director. Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, highly detailed and proven experience mentoring a high-performance finance team. The salary range for this position is $150k-180k +bonus. The Finance Director will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting and planning. Lead financial analysis and monthly forecasting including reporting to lenders to support borrowing needs. Oversee preparation of internal and external financial reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear communication to leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate teams to provide insights on cost management, working capital, and growth initiatives. Mentor, coach, and directly supervise the Finance Manager while supporting the oversight and development of the Financial Analyst. Partner with the Corporate Controller and CFO on strategic projects, M&A evaluations, and executive-level reporting.
