Responsibilities
Lead and manage commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues.
Conduct discovery, depositions (fact and expert), and mediations.
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and administrative proceedings before agencies such as OSHA, the Texas Medical Board, and CMS.
Provide strategic counsel on business torts, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, and other high‑stakes commercial matters.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, including at least 3 years of trial work.
Proven track record in complex commercial litigation.
Experience leading evidentiary hearings, TROs, and injunctions.
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and maturity.
Ability to manage a challenging caseload in a fast‑paced environment.
