Base pay range $175,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr
A rapidly growing, multi-site organization backed by a leading private equity firm is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources to build, scale, and elevate the People function during a period of significant expansion and transformation.
This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic HR operator who excels equally at setting direction and rolling up their sleeves. The company is in growth mode, acquisitive, and preparing for major organizational advancements including a full HRIS implementation and the professionalization of core people processes.
What You’ll Lead
Build a modern, scalable HR function that supports a dynamic, distributed workforce.
Drive the integration of newly acquired businesses, including alignment of policies, practices, culture, titles, and compensation.
Lead HR technology transformation by implementing a full HRIS platform and creating unified, reliable data and reporting.
Elevate foundational HR processes across recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team, influencing decisions on organizational design, leadership capability, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
Assess and develop the HR team, upgrading capabilities where needed to support growth.
Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and field leadership to ensure people strategy accelerates business outcomes.
What You Bring
Experience leading the HR function in a private equity–backed or high-growth, multi-location environment.
Proven success integrating acquisitions from an HR standpoint (payroll, benefits, cultural integration, communication, onboarding).
Demonstrated ability to scale HR in a lean environment balancing strategy with hands‑on execution.
Strong HRIS implementation or integration experience, with the ability to create data‑driven clarity and accountability.
Executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and partner with senior leadership.
A builder’s mindset comfortable creating structure, improving processes, and driving change in an evolving environment.
