As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business models and translating requirements into technical specifications. You will lead both a team and work as an individual contributor on design, implementation, and optimization of technology-based solutions across quote-to-revenue processes and related systems.

Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, MIS, finance, accounting, or business
4 to 6 years of relevant experience with Zuora Billing and quote‑to‑revenue processes
Enterprise‑level experience within a professional services organization or a leading technology consulting/product company, delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems
Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead business discussions with customers and architect the value of the solution and best practices for implementation
Experience in requirements gathering, use‑case documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, UI design and implementation
Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces, and reports
Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development
Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing, and support
Experience delivering end‑to‑end solutions through the full SDLC – from workshops to hyper‑care
Strong team player with excellent communication skills at business and technical level, able to collaborate as part of a distributed team in a rapid‑paced implementation environment
Experience with accounting teams and ability to converse effectively with finance teams
Ability to travel based on client needs
Ideal Experience
Experience implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies
Consulting experience
Zuora Revenue experience
Oracle Cloud ERP or NetSuite experience

Comprehensive base salary range in the US: $142,600 to $261,500. Adjusted ranges for New York, Washington and California (excluding Sacramento) are $171,200 to $297,200.
Hybrid work model, with most client‑serving roles working on‑site 40‑60% of the time per engagement
