The Role: Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager
You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own book of small to middle-market accounts, building strong client relationships and driving results.
Account sizes range from $500 to $100K in premium
Eligible for incentive programs tied to new business, cross-sell, and retention performance
Hybrid work schedule available after onboarding
AMS 360 management system
Incentive schemes designed to reward growth, client retention, and book development
Salary range $80,000 - $100,000
The final compensation package may fall above or below this range and will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s education, experience, qualifications, certifications, skills, seniority, location, and overall performance.
