Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Seeking a MA Licensed P&C Account Manager. The Mid-Market Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves developing account strategies, identifying client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The Account Manager acts as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring the successful execution of services and driving client retention. This role is hybrid and will require 1-3 days in our Boston, MA or Guilford, CT office . Your Impact
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives. Develop and implement account plans to meet client needs and achieve revenue and retention targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve client issues.
