Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership & support to the Saviynt product team; troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.

Design and implement end‑to‑end application onboarding solutions within Saviynt based on client requirements.

Manage SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.

Participate in upgrade and release management activities.

Develop and maintain JML flows to automate tasks and processes within Saviynt.

Integrate applications with Saviynt using various connectors.

Configure workflows in ARS and leverage Saviynt analytics tools.

Manage Saviynt configurations, including Rules Technical User updates, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.

Utilize Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.

Effectively document solutions and configurations for future reference.

What Experience You'll Need

10+ Years of overall IT security experience, including 5 years Saviynt (EIC) design and implementation.

Proficiency with IDAM, LCM, IGA, R/ABAC, and Saviynt product functionality such as provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications.

Minimum 4‑5 years of hands‑on experience in Saviynt development and automation (JML flows).

Strong experience designing and integrating applications with Saviynt using connectors and APIs.

Expertise in troubleshooting complex Saviynt issues and identifying root causes.

Experience managing SOX compliance, auditing, and access review within Saviynt.

Knowledge of configuration management for Rules Technical Users, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.

Programming skills in Java / J2EE and scripting with JML (JSON). Proficiency with MySQL.

Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Experience with ticketing systems like Jira and collaborating across multiple teams.

Demonstrated ability to self‑direct project outcomes with minimal supervision.

Work Mode Hybrid. Candidates who live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO offices are expected to work in the office three days per week, preference Tuesday‑Thursday. If selected, home‑based status may continue as previously adopted.

Hiring Minimum/Maximum Hiring Minimum: $117,000.00/yr

Hiring Maximum: $199,300.00/yr
