Job Overview Edward Jones is seeking a highly skilled Saviynt Solution Architect to join our team! In this role you’ll leverage your deep Saviynt knowledge to mature the newly introduced greenfield, expand the systems under management, centralize access governance, automate processes, and ensure optimal platform functionality. You’ll collaborate with internal and vendor teams to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a successful and secure Saviynt environment. This position is Full‑Time and expected to remain open for 30 days, starting 24‑Nov‑2025, depending on applicant volume.

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership & support to the Saviynt product team; troubleshoot production issues and identify root causes.

Design and implement end‑to‑end application onboarding solutions within Saviynt based on client requirements.

Manage SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.

Participate in upgrade and release management activities.

Develop and maintain JML flows to automate tasks and processes within Saviynt.

Integrate applications with Saviynt using various connectors.

Configure workflows in ARS and leverage Saviynt analytics tools.

Manage Saviynt configurations, including Rules Technical User updates, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.

Utilize Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.

Effectively document solutions and configurations for future reference.

Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT security experience, 5 years of Saviynt (EIC) design and implementation experience.

Experienced with IDAM, LCM, IGA, R/ABAC.

Minimum 4–5 years of hands‑on experience working in Saviynt development.

In‑depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications, etc.

Experience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation.

Experience integrating applications with Saviynt using various connectors.

Solid understanding of workflows in ARS and the ability to leverage Saviynt analytics tools.

Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Saviynt issues and identify root causes.

Experience managing SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes within Saviynt.

Experience with configuration management of Rules Technical Users, UI Global Configurations, Backend configurations, and GSP files.

Experience using Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Programming Languages: Java / J2EE.

Scripting Languages: JML (JSON) (preferred).

Databases: MySQL.

Experience with APIs and integrations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).

Primary Skills: Saviynt, Saviynt Security Manager.

Deep hands‑on Saviynt configuration expertise and complex solution design.

Extensive design and deployment experience in complex environments with strong understanding of IAM/IGA concepts.

Conceptual and logical thinker with deep knowledge of IAM best practices and frameworks.

Connector development – OOTB, SCIM, REST, and workflow disconnected system management.

Independent, engaged leader who loves a challenge, confident, and motivational.

Experience with Saviynt’s SoD modules.

Deep knowledge of update and technical rule design best practices.

Working knowledge of CPAM.

Ability to handle IT and business stakeholders of multiple teams in a complex program.

Demonstrated ability to self‑direct project outcomes with minimal supervision.

Ability to build consensus and influence, interact, and negotiate with customers or leadership.

Strong customer relationship skills.

Partner with appropriate client business stakeholders to plan, implement, and support identity and access management processes, systems and technologies.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly reporting to the management/leadership team.

Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.

Salary Range Hiring Minimum: $117,000 Hiring Maximum: $199,300

Employment Type Full‑time, Hybrid (may retain home‑based status). Candidates within commutable distance of Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO expected to work in the office three days per week, preferably Tuesday‑Thursday.
