ZSuite Technologies is entering an aggressive growth phase, focused on owning the niche of complex sub-accounting, escrow, routable accounts, and related Virtual Account Management (VAM) solutions. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our core B2B banking and specialized compliance products. This role is not just about feature delivery; it is about transforming our business model toward a
Product-Led Growth (PLG) posture , ensuring we drive new top line revenue, maximize
Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
and reduce
Time-to-Value (TTV) . We need an experienced Product Manager with a proven track record in early-stage B2B SaaS who can apply deep, proven knowledge of Treasury Management, Commercial Banking operations, and associated regulatory environments (BSA/AML, KYC) to architect simple, elegant solutions for key problems in the VAM space.
The Senior Product Manager will operate across multiple planning horizons: optimizing current core features to minimize operational burden and address feature gaps; developing key expansion features that drive upsell and NRR; and defining the next generation of embedded finance capabilities. This requires a data-driven individual who uses
continuous experimentation (A/B testing, rapid iteration)
to validate hypotheses, drive adoption targets, and confidently make build/buy/partner decisions that directly support our aggressive scaling targets.
General Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a major domain area within the core ZSuite sub-accounting platform
Translate complex commercial banking regulations (e.g., IOLTA, Escrow, BSA/AML) and problems to be solved into clear, compliant, and intuitive product requirements and user stories within an iterative SDLC
Define and execute a robust experimentation roadmap to drive PLG initiatives, focusing on operational efficiencies, top line revenue growth, and improving post-implementation platform adoption
Collaborate closely with product engineers to manage technical trade-offs and ensure velocity and platform resiliency (DORA metrics)
Define, monitor, and report on key product success metrics (e.g., TTV, Feature Adoption Rate, Conversion Rate) to executive leadership
Serve as the primary subject matter expert, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with product knowledge and strategic roadmap communication
Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience , preferably within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment scaling from Series A to B
Mandatory Deep Domain Expertise : Significant professional experience with
Treasury Management services, Commercial Banking operations , or specialized regulated accounts (e.g., Escrow, Trust Accounting)
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies, including funnel optimization, time-to-value drivers, and activation loops
Expertise in experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, statistical significance analysis) and using data visualization tools to drive product decisions
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams
Experience in defining and prioritizing initiatives across multiple planning horizons
Strong preference for candidates who can demonstrate the use of AI as a productivity partner to reduce cycle time and increase experimentation velocity
