Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional strategy, drive multi‑channel digital media roadmaps, and manage account priorities.

Serve as the expert on marketing budgets, media mix, and performance KPIs, and translate data into clear client insights.

Build and nurture relationships with senior client leaders, develop growth strategies, and deliver enterprise media outcomes.

Manage direct reports, foster open communication, and create a culture of 360‑degree feedback.

Qualifications

5+ years leading cross‑functional business strategies with strong communication, problem‑solving, and project management skills.

Strong analytical skills, experience managing large datasets, and ability to drive client impact in ambiguous environments.

Experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, customer data, MarTech, or related marketing discipline.

Direct report management experience and client management background.

Pay Transparency Base salary: $90,000 – $132,000 (inclusive of a 20% bonus). Additional benefits and compensation details are listed below.
