What We’re Offering
Total Annual Earning Potential: $100,000+ in your first year including bonuses.
Base Salary: $82,000 to $90,000 based on experience, skills, and geography.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 plus attainable monthly bonus opportunity ($35,000+ in your first three years).
Hybrid Role: Combination of in‑person (in‑home, school, and/or center‑based) supervision support and telehealth, with remote flexibility of up to 50% of your in‑home cases.
Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3‑4 weeks of integration.
Education and Mentorship: Monthly CEUs, annual in‑house conference featuring leading researchers.

Lead by example and be a pillar of support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision.
Drive positive change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs.

Lead with initiative and openness: Proactively communicate and welcome learning.
What We’re Looking For
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB.
Criminal background check, TB test, pre‑employment physical exam, and MMR/ VZV immunization required.
