Salesforce Architect (Tactical and Strategic role)
A role to lead the design and evolution of an AI‑enabled, enterprise‑scale Salesforce platform. This position combines deep technical expertise with strategic and systems thinking, architectural governance, and hands‑on delivery.
Key responsibilities include defining platform architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds and orgs, designing AI‑first solutions using Salesforce’s AI ecosystem, ensuring secure, scalable integrations with enterprise systems and contact‑center technologies, and active involvement in proof‑of‑concept development. You will also own architectural standards, security, and DevOps practices.
Required experience:
Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise integrations, and contact‑center platforms
Experience with Experience Cloud and enterprise multi‑org, multi‑cloud Salesforce environments
Knowledge of REST‑based API integration patterns
Practical experience designing AI‑driven solutions using the Einstein 1 Platform, Prompt Builder, etc.
Familiarity with Data Cloud, event‑driven architectures, and API‑led connectivity
Strong foundation in DevOps and CI/CD using Copado or similar tools for automated testing and release governance
Hybrid: 2 days a week onsite.
Hiring: Contract (temporary).
$90.00/hr – $95.00/hr
