Sales Operations Leader Application deadline: Dec 18, 2025

We are looking for a Sales Operations Leader to join our ASP Data & AI team supporting the GenAI/ML WW GTM organization. The role will partner with a Director WW GTM leader driving GenAI EC2 and SageMaker Services while having other responsibilities that are domain wide.

Key Job Responsibilities

Own the business reviews and deep dives to effectively inspect the business across the various functions within Generative AI Sales and Business Operations, including both Go to Market and Technical internal customers.

Drive the continuous improvement of key processes and mechanisms used in the Sales and Business & Operations team, improving the productivity and efficiency.

Provide Key Insights on business drivers.

Support annual goals and key strategic initiatives by working on goal design, reporting, inspection, and insights.

Lead special projects impacting Generative AI Sales and Business Operations functional areas and across the WorldWide Specialist Organization as a whole.

Basic Qualifications

10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.

Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.

Experience presenting to senior leadership.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. For salaried roles, your Amazon package will include listed sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Colorado $133,900 - $181,200 annually

National $120,500 - $199,300 annually
