The Cleveland Browns and Legends Global have an expansive partnership to support all aspects of the New Huntington Bank Field project including market analysis, product design and development, data and analytics strategy, and holistic revenue generation across partnerships, ticketing and suites sales. Legends Global is proud to support and represent the Browns during this historic moment in Northeast Ohio.

The Director, Premium Sales will be responsible for developing and executing suite sales strategies that maximize revenue for all offerings related to the new stadium. This position will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising and motivating the premium sales and service team in an effort to optimize team performance. The ideal candidate should have multiple years of first‑hand sales and management experience. They should be comfortable analyzing performance metrics, data analytics and how to utilize the information available to forecast and drive decision making. The Director, Ticket Sales should be comfortable speaking in public, a proven team leader, and have the ability to create and manage a positive and dynamic sales culture. Fluency in digital marketing, experience working closely with data analytics and managing multiple complex sales campaigns will be critical to success. The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for leadership and positive enthusiasm for collaboration with teammates. This role will require very close collaboration with the Cleveland Browns to ensure the Browns brand and partner relationships are protected, elevated and enhanced throughout the new stadium campaign.

Be accountable for annual revenue goals, pipeline management and forecasting

Recruit, interview, hire, train and develop Suite Sales & Service team

Create and implement regular training initiatives

Analyze historical and current sales data and performance metrics to guide campaigns and lead sourcing

Create dashboards and virtual CRM reports to track performance

Participate in planning meetings for cross‑departmental revenue opportunities

Assist in creating marketing campaigns, inventory management, and lead generation strategies

Assist in the creation and management of the suite sales budget and business plan

Track daily revenue, manage campaigns, and communicate team performance

Manage inter‑organizational relationships to support collaboration and best practice sharing

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, teammates, and other stakeholders

Ability to manage a high level of detail across multiple projects and prioritize efficiently

Familiarity with digital media marketing and social media platforms

High emotional intelligence, intellectual curiosity and desire to grow professionally

Ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines independently

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient and calm under pressure

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum of 8+ years of successful sales management experience (sports business a plus)

Direct sales experience, preferably as a top performer for multiple seasons

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to develop strong working relationships with partners, teammates, and other stakeholders

Pipeline management and forecasting

Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing sales talent

Sales training and productivity enhancement

Data analysis and performance metric evaluation

CRM dashboard and report creation

Cross‑functional collaboration and communication

Marketing campaign development

Budgeting and business planning

Revenue tracking and campaign management

Relationship management with internal, external, and vendor stakeholders
