Responsibilities
Own full‑cycle recruiting, primarily for technical roles (plus some GTM)
Drive outbound sourcing, pipeline management, and closing in a competitive market
Build the process, playbooks, and infrastructure (interview loops, workflows, metrics)
Partner closely with leadership (CEO/CTO/Head of Ops) to scale hiring quickly
Be a startup recruiter comfortable with 0→1 and building structure as you go
Qualifications
Strong track record of sourcing and closing technical talent
Metrics‑driven (hires/year, req load, time‑to‑fill, funnel conversion)
Experience standing‑out candidates with proven success filling technical roles at high‑growth startups (Series A–C) and building recruiting processes from scratch
