Title:
Employment Litigation Attorney (Senior or Partner Level)
Location:
New York, NY (Premier Financial District office location)
Salary:
$150,000-$200,000 fixed base salary or more dependent on candidate experience + defined bonus, commission on cases worked, commission on cases sourced, equity potential, etc. Target $250,000-$350,000 total compensation.

Overview Premier NYC employment law firm seeks experienced Senior or Partner level Attorney with extensive Employment Litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience on the Plaintiff’s side prosecuting Employment Discrimination cases. The firm is open to a senior level attorney or a partner level attorney, and will tailor an offer to the candidate’s experience level. They are also committed to hiring the necessary support staff underneath this person who they will need to excel in the role.
Responsibilities
Handle complex cases.
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
Conduct legal research.
Make court appearances in courts in NYC and surrounding areas.
Provide exemplary legal counsel and representation.
Delegate casework to legal support staff.
Requirements
NY State Admission.
7+ years of Plaintiff side employment discrimination/harassment cases.
Ability to be on-site in NYC Financial District office.
Experience with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
Experience with the New York State Human Rights Law.
Experience with the New York City Human Rights Law.
