As a Benefits Specialist, You Will Administer group benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and retirement plans Manage enrollments, COBRA, claims support and employee inquiries Partner with vendors and brokers to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency Support audits, compliance testing and benefits reporting Manage FMLA and Leaves Maintain accurate benefits data in HRIS platforms Assist with benefits communications and open enrollment initiatives
Whats needed? Bachelors degree in HR or related field 25 years of benefits administration experience Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA and ADA
Advanced Excel experience required (pivot tables and VLOOKUPS) Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills Experience supporting large, multi-state employee populations
