The Vice President of Sales for Financial Services will be responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise investment firms, with a focus on global private equity and alternative asset managers—including private credit, real estate, hedge funds, and other private-market strategies—as well as large, top-tier institutional capital markets organizations. The role will engage with finance, compensation, HR, and operations teams, ensuring alignment on incentive priorities across all groups. This position requires a seasoned SaaS sales leader with direct experience selling enterprise platforms into investment and financial services organizations. An understanding of private-market operating models is important, with familiarity around carried interest, co-investment, and incentive structures considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles, understanding governance and regulatory considerations, and delivering measurable value to large, global investment firms. Key Responsibilities: Become proficient in demonstrating the capabilities and value proposition of each module of the HRsoft product suite Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations Understand clients’ business models, compensation challenges, and incentive structures, providing strategic guidance and actionable solutions Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets Present and demonstrate HRSoft’s compensation management solutions to prospective clients Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiation and finalization Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within large enterprises Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership through regular follow-ups and support Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation and campaign strategies Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback and insights from clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience in the SaaS industry within the financial services vertical, preferred Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Experience in compensation management, HR technology, or related fields is a plus Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and enterprise sales strategies Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a proactive approach Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Ability to travel to conduct virtual and face‑to‑face meetings, represent HRsoft at partner and trade events Experience with Salesforce is preferred Highly competitive commission structure Inferred benefits: Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) At HRSoft, we are committed to providing fair and equal pay for all employees regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristic.
